Shipping Policy

 

1.    When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

2.    What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery Timeframes:

Urban Areas:

    Auckland: 1–2 business days

    North Island (excluding Auckland): 2–3 business days

    South Island: 2–4 business days

Rural Areas:

Add 1–3 extra business days compared to urban delivery times.

3.    How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to your registered address once we book the courier service.

4.    What shipping carrier do you use?

Your order will be shipped via one of the following couriers: NZ Post, Post Haste, Castle Parcels, or Aramex.

5.    Will a signature be required upon delivery of my order?

For orders with a provided phone number, signature confirmation will be required upon delivery.

6.    What happens if no one is available to sign for the delivery?

Courier Post, Castle Parcels, Post Haste, and Aramex will leave a “Card to Call” with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery. You can easily book re-delivery online.

7.    Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

 The courier companies we work with do not support deliveries to PO Boxes.

8.    What are the delivery charges for my order?

Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
